- Currency
All prices are in US dollars. Any orders placed with Viola Products Unlimited LLC will converted by Paypal.com and your credit card company when they process the transaction. Please remember that currency rates change frequently. - This site uses the Paypal.com secure shopping cart for online orders.
- Office Hours are 9am to 3pm Alaska Time which is 1 hour earlier than Pacific time, 4 hours earlier than Eastern Standard Time and 10 hours earlier than London Time.
- Delivery Times
* Please note the mail to and from Alaska is frequently but not always slower than from the lower 48 states. Mail can move between points via dogsled, train, barge, covered wagon, bicycle Pony express or when we are lucky, jetliner.
Allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. - Unless specifically requested orders are sent in the US by Priority Mail which is the least cost. If you wish an alternative type of delivery please call or email for specific charges to your location. Please note that because Alaska is literally at the end of the road near the top of the world other services are more expensive.
- International Orders
will be sent US Priority Mail which is insurable.
Allow 2-3. weeks for delivery. - Availability
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed and offered an alternative of accepting late delivery or a full refund. - Duties & Taxes
Any duties or taxes on purchases of Viola Products Unlimited LLC products are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If the purchaser refuses to pay the duties or tax it is then the responsibility of the purchaser to pay all shipping costs for the return of the item(s). - Returned Merchandise & Refund Policy
If an item arrives damaged or is incorrect return the item within 14 days to arrange for a refund or replacement. The goods must be in the condition they were received. - All claims for non delivery or other querries should be made within 21 days from the time we send your order.
